Terms of Service

1.Acceptance

By accessing or using SketchMind at sketchmind.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.Description of service

SketchMind is an AI-powered tutoring platform that teaches on a living notebook — speaking while it draws diagrams, math and figures in sync. It is provided "as-is" and intended for educational and informational use.

3.Accounts

SketchMind is passwordless: you sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure. Notify us immediately at support@sketchmind.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

4.Subscriptions and payment

Free plan: up to 2 lessons per day at no charge, subject to weekly and monthly limits. No card required.

Paid options: we may offer paid options — one-time lesson top-ups now, and recurring Pro subscriptions in future — with the price shown at the point of purchase and payments processed securely by Razorpay in INR. One-time purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused daily lessons do not roll over.

Any recurring subscription is billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no prorated refunds for partial periods. For payment or receipt questions, email billing@sketchmind.ai.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SketchMind to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use automated scripts to generate sessions at a volume exceeding normal human use
• Resell or sublicense access to the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.Intellectual property

SketchMind and its underlying technology, branding, and interface are owned by SketchMind. The AI-generated lesson content produced during your sessions is provided for your personal educational use. You retain ownership of any content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your lessons.

7.AI-generated content disclaimer

SketchMind generates educational content using AI. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated explanations may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Do not rely solely on SketchMind for high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial, exam-critical). Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SketchMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by a site notice or a message to your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
